POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Execute all areas of office administrative support and activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the department and across the organization.
  • Manage procurement administrative tasks such as vendor research and selection process and requisition planning for a physical inventories of office supplies.
  • Administer scheduled upkeep of office equipment / facilities on-site to assure an optimum availability and satisfactory functional at all times.

POSITION: SALES & MARKETING MANGER / EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To proactively manage and develop relationships with your allocated portfolio of customers.
  • To actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within allocated portfolio (prospects and current customers).
  • To develop and implement strategies and tactics to increase revenue flows from the allocated portfolio.
  • To meet and preferably, exceed annual revenue and sales targets.
  • To participate in business implementation and setting up of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • To ensure that the personal and relevant knowledge about company’s product and services is up to date all times.

POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Executives.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personal activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meeting, training, survey, etc.) and take minutes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
  • Communicate with public services when necessary.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate communication with candidate and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Assist out recruiters to source candidates and update the database.

POSITION: SECRETARY / PERSONAL ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
  • Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies).
  • Arrange all travel arrangements (accommodation, logistics, credit card and cash requirements, etc.) for the Superior trips abroad.
  • Manage all matters related to Superior’s family (including weekend and Public Holiday if any) and home affair (house maids, house keeper and driver).
  • Work support to marketing Department.
  • Handle on Company Vehicle and Property.
  • Standing in Superior’s absence.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence letter such as confidential and official correspondences, memorandum, agenda and minutes of meetings.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in any field or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in any field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Secretarial / Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Able to written & converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (optional).
  • Confidentially, meticulous and accuracy in work is required.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Can start work immediately is an added advantages.
